Special power supply for ozone generator

    The power of ozone generator is provided by the power cabinet of ozone system. The power cabinet of ozone generator converts the conventional voltage and frequency into the frequency and voltage needed to generate ozone. The high-voltage power output from the power cabinet is connected to the high-voltage electrode of the air source inlet chamber of the ozone generator through a special high-voltage cable and a unique high-voltage connector.

    The high frequency power supply of ozone generator is designed, produced and tested by ourselves.


Inverter power supply

    Ozone special power supply is designed, produced and assembled by Zhongjing. The device consists of control circuit, rectifier circuit, inverter circuit and high voltage transformer.

    Zhongjing selects the most advanced power electronic technology, equipped with high-power electronic power devices, insulated gate bipolar transistor IGBT and SCR. By optimizing PWM control technology and electromagnetic compatibility overall technology, DSP digital signal processor, the power supply can be accurately measured and controlled, so as to create the most superior high-power ozone power supply for ozone generator.

Ozone high voltage transformer

Zhongjing ozone special transformer is used to transfer power and make the output of electronic power circuit match the generator chamber. Compared with ordinary transformer, Zhongjing ozone special high frequency high voltage transformer has higher parameters and requirements. During the whole working process, the load of the ozone corona high-voltage chamber not only changes greatly in numerical value, but also changes with the initial high-voltage corona or the corona state in normal operation. Therefore, the ozone transformer should have a certain leakage inductance to balance the above changes and protect the electronic components. Due to the special application of ozone transformer, Zhongjing designed a dry-type transformer for ozone generator, which uses cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet as transformer core to improve magnetic effect, reduce core loss and improve operation efficiency of transformer.

 

Function of ozone control system:

Equipped with the main functions: monitoring, control, switch, setting, process parameters, process unit display, report, alarm, cycle start stop, emergency stop, communication function, through the communication network and the main control room system at the same time.

l Online real-time monitoring of ozone flow, air temperature, water temperature, air pressure and other key process parameters of ozone generator;

l  Under the condition of constant gas flow, the ozone output can be adjusted smoothly by changing the power setting value;

l  It can control the start and stop of ozone from the local touch screen;

l  PLC can protect the ozone generator in real time by detecting the feedback signals of vortex flowmeter, temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter and cooling water flow switch in real time. Once the corresponding alarm signal appears, the alarm protection program will be started;

Ozone activated carbon, ozone biological activated carbon, and UV / O3 advanced oxidation treatment. Ozone can kill bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms in water with high rate and fast speed. It can remove organic compounds and other pollutants completely without secondary pollution.
